We make tight inspection before dispatching the products. This is to prevent mistakes and to provide the right products to our customers. During the inspection, we may find product defect in advance. This helped us to reduce the claim rates and we are always aiming for 0% claim for MSK products.

Inspection does not stop even after the installation. We request our distributors to pick up feedbacks from the operators. Through the activity, we measure and monitor the opinions to stack the inspection data. By doing so, if any problems occur, we can detect and solve the issue faster than others.

We believe, to distribute typical item in the market, one must know the product very well. Moreover, not only the product itself, dealers must be clear with functions. Some partners played several decades in this field but some are new. We are opened to train and share data so that one can be professional in short time.

If we have engineering partner in the region, we introduce or one can visit MSK KOREA for training session. We provide theory at our main office and field study at our warehouse and subcontract factory.
